☀️CC is the founder and lead stylist of CC Haggarty and Company. A West Chester local, she has been a cornerstone to West Chester’s community and beauty industry for years. Launching her business in a salon suite only months after a national lockdown, she then expanded and brought her creativity and expertise to the Borough in 2022.
☀️With nearly 15 years of experience, CC specializes in customized color and tailored haircuts with a focus on dimensional blonding, corrective color and textured cutting. Always seeking new inspiration, she makes continuous effort in collaborating with other local artists, training junior stylists, as well as receiving further education from the industry’s finest all over the country.
☀️CC hopes to bring more heart to the industry - clients travel far and wide not only for the amazing results she provides, but for the human connection and unwavering acceptance. She believes that all hair is amazing and can be beautiful, we simply need to find the style and routine that brings out the best version of you. She prides herself in being educated in all hair types/textures as well as providing a space that is inclusive and welcoming to all humans.

🌙 Jewels grew up following her mom around the salon and always felt pulled to the artistic and creative energy the industry provided. Bringing her talents into many hobbies and interests over her life, she finally joined the industry at 27. Being a stylist for only 7 years, her passion and skills will give you a result you would only expect from an industry master. Amidst a global pandemic, starting her family, and building her book as a stylist, Jewels made her way to be an inspiring and integral part of The Company.
🌙A self-confessed hair nerd, Jewels is constantly learning new techniques and following trends from other amazingly talented stylists - hoping to achieve more knowledge and growth behind the chair, giving you all MORE GOOD HAIR DAYS!
🌙She lives for creating curated dimensional color that looks like it it naturally grew out of her client’s head that way. She loves giving her clients their dream hair with her own seamless signature touch… even if that means your dream hair comes with shipping and handling. Jewels makes it a priority to educate all of her clients on styling, products, and at home routines to compliment your personality and lifestyle.

⚡️Jen has been a stylist for over 13 years, though hairdressing was ultimately a happy accident. As a lost high school senior unsure of what her future self could be, she enrolled in cosmetology school and instantly fell in love with the craft. Taking some time away from the salon over the years, she always comes back home to the chair. Home is with good company. She officially rejoined the team at CC Haggarty and Company in Fall 2024.
⚡️Jen is known for providing a safe, welcoming space for every client who sits in her chair. Want a silent appointment? No problem. Having a bad day? No judgement here. As a cancer survivor, she has overcome major physical and mental obstacles to continue doing what she loves. You’ll be amazed by her constant resilience and dedication to her work.
⚡️Her goal? To make you feel confident—without spending hours in the chair… unless you want to. Efficiency is her superpower, ensuring you walk out the door looking and feeling your best, even on your busiest of days. Having a stylist who invests in the techniques and tools to achieve results in a timely fashion will make finding the time for your appointment stress-free.
⚡️An artist through and through, Jen thrives on creating dimensional color accompanied with precision haircuts for brunettes, blondes, and redheads alike. Currently working toward becoming a Wella-certified colorist, Jen is always learning, evolving, and perfecting her craft.
