If you need to cancel/reschedule/make adjustments to your appointment, we require 48 hours notice. Any appointment that is cancelled within the 48 Hour window will be charged 50% of the scheduled service using the card on file.

No Call/No Show appointments as well as cancellations within 8 Hours of the appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

We understand that emergencies happen. Our policy is based on respect for our stylists’ time and livelihood. Please only book if you are certain you can make it.

Each appointment is charged by the hour and is tailored to your exact hair needs. Hourly pricing is genderless, inclusive, streamlined, and transparent, making the communication between clients and artists a lot easier.

Most importantly, it puts you back in charge of how much time and money you spend during your visit. It eliminates the stress and confusion that "a la carte" services may create with surprise fees at the end of your appointment.

Cash, checks, and all major credit cards accepted as payment. No tipping on cards - gratuity is cash only.

CC Haggarty and Company will not offer refunds or discounts of any kind. If there are changes you wish to have provided post-service you must contact your stylist within 5 days of your appointment.

In an effort to keep our small space as comfortable as possible children and other guests are not permitted to accompany clients during scheduled service unless providing necessary care or guardianship.
